About Me
I've worked at 9 different companies in 6 different departments in 7 years before finally connecting the dots and coming home to the thing that always felt right, Customer Success.I'm currently focused on building the foundations for the new scale division of customer success at Pendo, a business focused on enabling people to make products users love.Before that, I've been lucky to work in a variety of roles from accounting, marketing, sales, support, product, and customer success. It's allowed me to live a day (or a couple of hundred days) in other's shoes and gave me a newfound respect and appreciation for my colleagues.As a startup enthusiast, what matters to me most is creating the platform and community for teams to feel empowered to do their best work.
